The Cystometry Catheter is indicated for urodynamic studies of the lower urinary tract. Cystometry is a diagnostic test used to measure intravesical pressure in relation to the volume of bladder fluid.

It allows assessing the existence of voiding dysfunction in the stages of bladder filling, storage and/or emptying.

It shows the activity of the detrusor muscle and the sensitivity and capacity for contraction and relaxation of the bladder wall at rest and in relation to some stimuli.
